General banking
What is my routing number?

Where can I find my account number?
Your account number can be found in the mobile app, online banking, or at the bottom of your checks. If you are unable to locate it in either place, contact your local branch.
How do I change my address, name, or phone number?
You can update your contact information when you login to online banking using an Internet browser. Watch a quick video tutorial so you know where to go.
When will I receive my 1099 INT tax form?
1099 interest tax forms are issued and mailed by January 31st of each year for anyone that has paid or received $10 or more in interest the previous year. If you do not receive one in the mail, please contact your local branch.
How much can I deposit through mobile deposit?
The mobile deposit limit is $1500. If your check is over that amount, please contact your local branch. If you typically have checks to mobile deposit over the limit, you can request a permanent increase based on your deposit history.
Debit Cards
How much money can I get out of the ATM?
The daily limit is $400.
How much can I buy with my debit card at one time?
The limit is $1000 in person or online. If you need to make a larger purchase, please contact your local branch for a temporary increase. If you often make purchases over this limit, you may request a permanent increase based on your purchase history.
How soon will I have a debit card?
We print debit cards in-branch, so as soon as your account is successfully opened, we can print you one the same business day. Renewal cards are mailed about 2 weeks before the expiration date.
Savings Accounts
How much money do I need to open a savings account?
$50 for standard savings accounts, or $10 for Kids Grow Savings accounts
Can I automate my savings?
Yes! You can set up automatic transfers of a custom amount from your checking account to your savings on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and we encourage you to do so!
Business Accounts
How much money do I need to open a business account?
You'll need at least $50 to open an Aspire Business account.
What documents do I need to open a business account?
Depending on the type of business or charity, different documents may be needed, but here are the basics that apply to most situations:
Sole-proprietor: Fictitious Name Filing with the Secretary of State (complete online), owner's social security number
Partnership: Federal Tax ID Number (EIN-complete online), Certificate of Limited Partnership or Fictitious Name Filing with the Secretary of State (complete online), Partnership Agreement
LLC: Federal Tax ID Number (EIN-complete online) or Sole Member LLC's social security number, Articles of Organization in Good Standing, Operating Agreement
Corporation: Federal Tax ID Number (EIN-complete online), Articles of Organization in Good Standing, Board Minutes (stating where account is to be opened, who will be on the account, who is the primary contact for the account and what their abilities are regarding the account)
Non-Profit Organization or Association: Federal Tax ID Number (EIN-complete online), Fictitious Name Filing with the Secretary of State (complete online) OR Articles of Incorporation, Meeting Minutes OR Board Minutes (stating where account is to be opened, who will be on the account, who is the primary contact for the account and what their abilities are regarding the account)

Checking Accounts
How much money do I need to open an account?
Most accounts require a $50 deposit to open.
Can I open an account with my direct deposit?
Yes! Using ClickSWITCH we can digitally move your direct deposit to your new account with us! Then, you can use Switch Assist to move automatic payments that come out of your checking account.
Do I need cash to open an account?
Cash is not required, however cash deposits will allow you to have access to the funds the same day. You may also use a check to open your account, but funds may be held for up to 11 business days.
